Perhaps you have time and energy but lack attention. In this case, it is easy to get overwhelmed by all you need to do. You feel you can’t focus on one thing for a reasonable amount of time or even have the ability to select the right task to work on. You might be asking, "I have a lot to do but don't know where to start," or "where did all my time go?"
You are the high achieving salesperson who limits their earning potential by spending much on their time on non-sales tasks. Perhaps you are the stay-at-home parent who does not spend quality time with their children or is the person who constantly talks great ideas but never implements any. This kind of person is often referred to as distracted.

To overcome this habit, simply turn on the “Do not disturb ” sign when you sit to work to avoid interruptions by people and notifications. You can also start by cleaning your desk so that you have nothing left on the desk that will be a distraction.
